She is survived by: her husband Acie Ray Fields; her sons, Anthony Ray Fields, Michael Todd Fields and Joshua Seth Fields; her sisters, Marie Driver and Betty Carol Christian; and her grandsons, John Andrew, Matthew, John Michael and Nicholas Fields.
