He is survived by: his wife Pattie; his daughters, Crystal (Randy) and Hannah; his grandchildren, Marlee, Joslyn, Slayde and Sutton; his sisters, Debra (Terry) and Amanda (Ray); his close friends, Randy and Poozie Hart; and his adoptive mother Sallie Bowen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (963 GA-98, Danielsville, GA 30633). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (9585 GA-172, Comer, GA 30629).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Activity Funds of The Gables or Comer Heath and Rehab, in honor of Danny's lifelong commitment to caring for others.
