He is survived by : his wife Roberta "Cooter" Baxter; his children, Tony Baxter of Ila and Lisa Brookshire (James Baxter) of Homer; and his sisters, Geraldine Davis of Ila, Leann Huff of Ila, Rebecca Gearing of Danielsville and Opal Patrick of Statham. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and 12 Great grandchildren.
