He was predeceased by: his parents, Dupree Phillips and Lutrelle Phillips. He is survived by: his sons, Ellis Dorman Phillips Jr., Lance Phillips (Regina) and Landon Phillips; his grandchildren, Chandler Phillips, Tucker Phillips, Kinley Phillips, Cody Phillips, Christopher Phillips and Tyler Phillips; his siblings, Jerry Phillips, Reggie Phillips and Sue Phillips (Maxine Phillips); his grandson Colton Phillips; and his great grandchild Savannah Phillips.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Danielsville Evangelical Church (25 Evangelical Church Rd, Danielsville, GA 30633).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be in the form of deer corn or duck food, so we can continue to feed his friends in his honor.
