She is survived by: her siblings, Jimmy Simmons, Julie Echols, Carol Parr, Rita Seabolt and Angela Elrod; her grandchildren, Chance Samples and Canyon Samples; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Isabella and Willow Samples. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
