He is survived by : his wife Carol Haggard; his children, Ellis Haggard (Teresa), Ricky Haggard and Rebecca Berryman (Rod); and his siblings, Harvey Joe Haggard, Mitchell Haggard, Jackie Reed and Mona Wagner. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
