He is survived by : his wife Wendy Young of Darien; his daughters, Christina Charpentier (Adam) of Darien and Jessica Sailors (Nicholas Holland) of Cox; his siblings, Margie Hope (Clarey), Margaret Young (Judy Zalumas) of Townsend and Ronal Young of Jones; and his granddaughter Braylen Williams of Darien. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
