He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Howard and Margaret Owens; and his brother Leon Howard. He is survived by: his children, Vivian Howard of Townsend, Amber Howard of Darien and Charles Davis of Springfield, FL; his siblings, Martha Patton of Brunswick, Danielle Saldana (Adrian) of Weatherford, TX, Donnie Howard (Cathy) of Darien, Kenneth Howard of Darien and Shea Howard of Darien; and his stepfather Darrell Owens of Crescent. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Cemetery.
