He is survived by: his wife Brandi Horne; his children, Jessica McClenithan (Michael), Michael Horne (Susie), Brittani Williams and Taylor Lee (Chad); his brothers, Jimmy Horne (Trish) and David Gardner; and his grandchildren, Shyann Williams, Josh Iler, Sarah Iler, Cameron Horne, Merritt Horne, Wayne McClenithan, Adam McClenithan, Kyle McClenithan and Brodie Lee. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews.
