It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Lamar Hamilton of Dawsonville, Georgia, born in Norcross, Georgia, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Loyce Loudermilk Hamilton; his son Lamar Hamilton; and his parents, Frank Hamilton Sr. and Julia Bolton Hamilton. He is survived by: his daughter Elaine Shelnutt (Jeff) of Auburn, GA; his daughter-in-law Melanie Grice Hamilton of Dacula, GA; his grandchildren, Lauren Russell, Jon Rezabek of Woodstock, GA, Marc Weaver (Whitney) of Richmond Hill, GA, Brandon Hamilton (Emily) of Winder, GA, Brittany Rich (Taylor) of Winder, GA, Ashley Bolton (Cody) of Old Fort, TN and Alan Shelnutt (Brooke) of Pine Mountain, GA.; his great grandchildren, Dutch Russell, Gabby Rezabek, Sam Rezabek, Mason Hamilton, Cooper Weaver, Natalie Rich, Josie Hamilton, Paisley Bolton, Carter Weaver and Laxton Bolton; his wife Bebee Susong; his siblings-in-law, Charles Disspain, Gail and Jay Walton; and his sibling's children, Jeremy (Meridith Forrester) and Kimberly Disspain.
