He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rice and Velma Rice; and his siblings, William, Robert, Johnny, Frank, Tommy, Oleen, Aleen and Ruby Bolton Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Vondell Rice; his son Clifton Rice (Renee); his grandchildren, Dustin Rice, CJ Rice and Celia Adams (Devon); his great grandchildren, Kaylen, Brelyn, Peyton, Kasen and Charley; and his siblings, Benny Joe Rice, Billy Rice (Teresa), Gracie Lou Walls and Annie Sue Chester (Jimmy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to help offset final expenses.
