He is survived by: his wife June Mathews of Dawsonville; his daughters, Kelly Mathews, Darlene (Wayne Cole) and Melinda (Alan Hawkins); his grandchildren, Dakota Mathews, Brittany Evans, Michael Shaw, Jessica, Jeremiah Wright, Jason, Carrie Cole, Brett, Lauren Hawkins, Leah, Chris Harper, Joseph, Phoebe Hawkins, Reid, Leila Hawkins, Kristin, Garrett Burch, Preston Hawkins, Allison Hawkins and Melissa Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Jacob Wright, Nate Hawkins, Evelyn Hawkins, Jonah Wright, Hadley Cole, Emma Hawkins, Alaina Harper, Weston Cole, Audrey Harper, Wyatt Hawkins, John Wright, Brielle Hawkins, Everly Harper, Leland Hawkins, Ayla Burch and Everett Hawkins; and his sisters, Carol Mathews, Wanda Walls and Dinah Densmore.
