He was predeceased by: his parents, O. C. "Red" Rider and Geraldine Rider. He is survived by: his sister Rose Mary; his brother-in-law Harold Bottoms; his brother Hank Rider; and his sister-in-law Patsy Rider. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
