She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Maddox (Jennifer Blue) and Amanda Maddox-Wilson (Terry Wilson); and her grandchildren, Allysa, Travis, Camdon, Jeremy Jr. and Hunter.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Mrs. Kaye's memory to Starling Funeral Home.
