She is survived by: her siblings, John Chase and Judy Costa; her children, David Malcolm (Beth), Cathy McCaskey (Phil), Karen Fedderly (Jeff), Susan Bilmanis (Janis), Douglas Malcolm (Bobbie) and Sandy Malcolm (Cynthia Osborn); her grandchildren, Alexander, Stephen, Delilah, Allan, Jennifer, Paul, Luke, Brhianna, Kristina, Kevin, Emilie, Calvin and Grace; her great grandchildren, Casey, Tyler, Danny, James, Maisie, Vincent and Poppy; and her husband Paul Malcolm.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
