We are sad to announce that, on March 25, 2026, at the age of 92, Charlotte Carolyn DeLay (Decatur, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Charlotte has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Randolph and Charlotte "Lottie" Hutchins Randolph (Emory Hospital). She is survived by: her husband Jack DeLay; and her children, Nicole Stanley and Mike DeLay. She is also survived by ses three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Carolyn requests that donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital, which can be done on the hospital's donation site.
