With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Spencer (Decatur, Georgia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Cheri L. Frain; his siblings, Jason Spencer, Natalie Flanagan, Pamela Frain and Dawn Cushing (John); his siblings' children, Nicholas Cushing, Dillan Flanagan and Lauren Cushing (John Reynolds); and his pet Coco Chanel.
