She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Brent Koch; her siblings, Jack Flohr Wierman and Lou Gochenour; her siblings-in-law, Louis H. "Pete" Koch and JoAnn Koch; and her parents, Dr. John Alexander Wierman and Barbara Francis "Fran" Flohr Wierman.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Michael Brent Koch (Jamie Ciomperlik) and Jennifer Lynn Koch; her nephew David Gochenour; her niece Janelle Gochenour; and her great-nieces, Ana Limerick (Frederick), Paula Koch Franks and Jan Koch Maloof.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Capstone Hospice in Jo's memory.
