It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kendall Mark Mayfield (Decatur, Georgia), who passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenobia Mayfield and Clarence Mayfield; and his siblings, Marilyn Mayfield, Clare Cassidy, Andrea Mayfield and Karen Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Tasha T. Mayfield, Kendall Mark Mayfield II (Brandy) and Matthew K. Mayfield (Tara); his former wives, Betty O. Hargrett and Linda Smith; his grandchildren, Markus, Dante, Daiza, Kyndal, Jayden of Taylor, MJ, Jace and Talia; his great grandchildren, Kimari, Khy and Melody; his siblings, Margaret Harris, Elliot Mayfield and LaWanda Gibson; and his aunt Cynthia Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gregory B. Levett & Sons Funeral Home (4347 Flat Shoals Pkwy, Decatur, GA 30034).
