She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Carlos Puckett; her parents, Frank Markwalter Smith, Sr. and Ellen Little Smith; her siblings, Christine Peters (W. E. "Pete" Peters) and Frank Markwalter Smith, Jr. (Ruth Smith); her siblings-in-law, Lucille P. Jenkins (H. Guy Jenkins, Jr.), O. C. Puckett, Jr. (Ann) and George Puckett, Sr. (Marvina); and her nephew David Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Collins and Mark Puckett (Brynn) of Mooresville, NC; her grandchildren, Kerry Puckett and Larsson Puckett; and her brother Harold Smith of Tucker, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
