He is survived by: his wife Wonna Woods Hambrite; his children, Ramon "CJ", Courtney Hambrite and Alexis Battle (Johnathon); his grandchildren, A'ura, Armoni Norman, Nova and Emory Battle; his mother Madelyne Hambrite; his siblings, Perique Wimes (Derek) and Joseph Hambrite, II; his nieces, Kaia, Chelsea Wimes and Kori Hambrite; his father-in-law Harvey J. Woods; and his siblings-in-law, Tonya Slaton (Clint), Carla Clary (Tyron), Leah Newton (Robert), Kimberly Woods, Kelley Gaines, Katherine Gaines, Michael Woods, Wesley (Berdia Woods) and Christopher Woods.
