With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sherman Jones (Decatur, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 20, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Sherman may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Sherman touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rainbow Park (2941 Columbia Dr, Decatur, GA 30034). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beulah Missionary Baptist Church (2340 Clifton Springs Rd, Decatur, GA 30034).
