She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Putman and Pauline Putman; her son Bradley Moak; and her siblings, Ken Putman and Sandra Bryant.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly Moak and Melissa McArthur (Tracy); her grandchildren, Kailyn, Ryan and Hayden McArthur; and her husband William Moak.
