He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Robinson Frazier; and his parents, J. T. Frazier and Margaret Starr Frazier. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Frazier Tate; his son-in-law Eugene Tate; his son David Frazier; and his siblings, William S. Frazier (Jane), Marguerite G. Frazier, Joan Frazier Holt (Richard) and Alice Frazier Amisano (Paul). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery (1722 Oak Grove Rd, Decatur, GA 30033).
