He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Phillips; his children, Terence Phillips, II (Jennifer), Tamar Phillips and Tameka Phillips; and his mother Carolyn Ragsdale Phillips. He is also survived by his grandchildren, siblings, other loving relatives, extended family and close friends.
