He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Campbell and John T. Leslie, MD. He is survived by: his wife Mary Head; his children, Amanda Livingston (Andrew) and Jack Leslie (Morgan); his grandchildren, Vivian Leslie, Mona Leslie, Clara Livingston and Arthur Livingston; and his siblings, Robert Leslie (Kent) and Linda Mobley (Russell). He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Outreach and Advocacy Center of Central Presbyterian Church.
