He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillips Sr. and Sarah Frances Phillips; and his mother-in-law Shirley Connie Hilton. He is survived by: his wife Colleen; his children, Teresa, Tammerra, Sherita, Natasha and Antonio (Mildred); his grandchildren, Stenedria, Treshawn, Jontavis, Derrick, Christian, Teniya, Demetrius Jr., Colleen, Michael Jr., Jaylin, Autumn and Kiara; his sister Pansy Elaine Hines (George); his father-in-law Harry Hilton; and his siblings-in-law, Harrison Hilton (Theresa), Carl Hilton (Gwen) and Sharon Jenkins (Angelo). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
