She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vining Sr. and Rosa Lee Williams. She is survived by: her husband Reuben Cobb; and her children, Greg Cobb, Kevin Cobb, Valerie Cobb and Darrell Cobb.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rainbow Park (2941 Columbia Dr, Decatur, GA 30034). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
