As Wilber departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Wilber may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Wilber leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his adoptive mother Joyce Bihary (Jon Lowe). He is survived by: his nephew Delton Thomas (Thelma); his grandsons, Ernest McCray and Clifford McCray of Florida; his stepson Clyde Dexter Chapman Sr.; his grandchildren, Minister Clyde D. Chapman Jr., Antonio Chapman (Celisha) and Sarena Harvey (Holman); his siblings-in-law, Roy Anderson, Nettie McCray, Marie Somerset and Mildred Blanch (Charles); and his nephew BJ McCray. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and devoted friends.
