He is survived by: his parents, Melvin Williams and Virginia Williams; his son Xavier Williams, Jr. (Lashawn); his grandsons, Daylen Williams and Zamir Williams; his siblings, Quinton Williams, Dunzella Williams and Moneika Williams; his uncle Robert Smith (Joyce); his nieces and nephews, Whitney Williams, Shantalay Harper (Rodriques), Keyanna Kendrick, Daeja Kendrick, Mikell Patterson and Mekhi Patterson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zamaria Andrews, Dallas Harper, Zayvion Andrews, Zyir Andrews and Bentley Harper; his brothers-in-law, Larry Robinson, John Favors, Terry Favors and Bernard Favors; his stepson Gregory Dillard; his grandchild Paulita Ward; and his friends, Harvey Dixson (Donia), Larry Barden and Scotty Smith. He is also survived by the mother of his child and grandmother.
