We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jean Fountain Corbett of Deepstep, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Fountain and Lena Stewart Fountain; her husband Cecil Eppie "Sarge" Corbett; her son Cecil Edgar Corbett; and her granddaughter Monica Knight.
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen A. Corbett Sr. (Cindy) of Deepstep and Michael L. Corbett of Deepstep; her daughter-in-law Brenda Corbett; and her grandsons, Stephen A. Corbett Jr. (Michelle) and Josh D. Corbett (Allison). She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the May and Smith Funeral Home (1119 Riddleville Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Deepstep Community Church (9968 Deepstep Rd, Sandersville, GA 31082).
