She is survived by: her husband David Michael Nelson; her daughters, Ashley Nelson Gurley (Adam) and Sammi Nelson Humphrys (Shawn); her grandchildren, Evelyn, Henry Humphrys, DJ and Tennyson Gurley; her sister Karen Hamric Tench (Greg); her nephews, Josh, Lacey Tench and Jake Tench; her niece Jessi Tench (McCoy Savage); and her pet Dooley.
