He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Garnee Sabo of Demorest, GA; his sister Carol Sabo Smallman (Ralph) of Statesboro, GA; his daughters, Stephanie Sabo McNally (Eddie) of Cumming, GA, Sara Sabo Joiner (David) of Decatur, GA and Samantha Sabo King (Seth) of Decatur, GA; his stepchildren, David Mathew Thompson of Demorest, GA and Jacqueline Rena Milford; and his grandchildren, Kalan McNally, Ryan McNally, Shawn McNally, Mary McNally, Jack Joiner, Sam Joiner, Luke Joiner, Ryder King, Ive King, Laika Meagiddo, Courtney Voss, Heather Reed, Shawn Reed and Andrew Reed.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Bernhardt Funeral Home (163 River St, Ellijay, GA 30540). A memorial service was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
