He is survived by: his wife Kathie York Stephens; his children, Chuck (Von Stephens), Cleveland, Kelly Stephens and Todd Stephens; his brother Garnett Stephens; his grandchildren, Drew, Brandie Stephens, Kylie, Jona Amssoms, Tyler, Kelsey Coulter, Drake, Becca Stephens and Ella Stephens; and his great grandchildren, Cooper, Luke, Emilia, Remiel and Gracelyn.
