He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Ray Cantrell; and his nephew Sidney Ray Cantrell. He is survived by: his mother Vickie Carrol Cantrell; his brothers, Jason Reynolds Cantrell and Jeffery Blake Cantrell; and his children, Chloe Skye Cantrell of Demorest, Jerry Brett Cantrell of Demorest and Breckynn Kylar Cantrell of Demorest. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
