He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jack Butler and Frances Butler. He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Anna, Morgan and Tyler of Clarkesville; his siblings, Steve, Mike of Clarkesville and Cindy of Marietta; his nephews, Andrew and Ethan; and his niece Lauren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
