He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Wellington Churchill and Edna Marie Callahan Churchill; and his sister Susan Marie Churchill Harding. He is survived by: his son Patrick; his wife Ava; his daughter Carrie; his son-in-law Jeremy Benfield; his brother Michael Jack Churchill; and his grandchildren, Levi Churchill, Patrick David Churchill, Hannah Churchill and Lexi Churchill. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of McGahee-Griffin & McEntire Funeral Home (175 VFW Rd, Cornelia, GA 30531).
