She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardy Bellflower and Nancy Ruth Sellers Bellflower; and her husband George Billy Skipper. She is survived by: her children, Melinda Deloach (Ken) of Dexter and Keith Lloyd Skipper of Dublin; her siblings, Mollie Austin of Centerville, Kathleen Jones of Saucier, MS, Carolyn Goodson of Gray, Linda Conley of Dublin and Don Belflower; and her grandchildren, Kip Skipper of East Dublin, Jessie Monroe of Dexter and Ansley Watson of Dublin. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Dexter New Beginnings Church (402 Line St, Dexter, GA 31019). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery (2605 Mt Carmel Church Rd, Dexter, GA 31019).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Scott Health and Rehab, 12 Smith Lane, Adrian, GA 31002.
