He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Nelson and Estelle Cromer; and his siblings, Carlton Cromer, Edward Cromer and Lorie Lovett.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Fountain Cromer of Dexter; his daughter Carol; his son-in-law Rodney Bland of Cochran; his grandsons, Austin Bland and Matthew Bland; his brother John Cromer of Panama City, FL; his sister-in-law Sherry Cromer of Panama City, FL; and his close friends, Mell and Dorothy Bland of Cochran.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mathis Funeral Home (151 E Dykes St, Cochran, GA 31014). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
