He was predeceased by: his parents, Eula Morgan and Troy Passmore; his wife Barbara Cope Passmore of Betty's Creek Baptist Church; and his siblings, Carol "Peanut" Passmore, Carolyn Winfrey, Joyce Mashburn, Clint Passmore and Coyt Passmore.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clyde Passmore, Gary Passmore, Kenneth Passmore and Glestie Young; his daughters, Sonya Cousineau and Paula Ledford; his grandchildren, Maleah McConnell (Jayson), Mariah Crow (Zach), Madison Dills (Kody) and Renee Whitmire; and his great grandchildren, Adrian, Sawyer, McCrae, Terrora, Azalea, Opaline and River.
