He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Parrish Kitchens; his sons, Wade Kitchens (Christina) and Brett Kitchens; his grandchildren, Damien, Jackson, Jeffery, Wesley, Bradley, Josie and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Abbie, Chrissy, Scarlett, Olivia, Ronnie Ann, Amanda, Wrenly and Thomas; and his sister Irma Chriscoe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
