She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Glass and Hazel White Glass; the fathers of children, Donald Ray Jarvis, Sr. and Roy Moates; and her daughter Tonya Worsley.
She is survived by: her children, Don Jarvis of Donalsonville, GA, Christopher Moates, Kaley of Colquitt, GA, Kristy Chambliss and Kyle of Marianna, FL; and her grandchildren, Gabe Worsley and Rayleigh Moates. She is also survived by three stepgrandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home (909 S Tennille Ave, Donalsonville, GA 39845). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
