He is survived by: his children, Randy Earnest, Lisa Newberry and Vicki Mercer (Bill); his grandchildren, Randall Earnest, Chelsea, Erica Broome, Dee, Cameron Glass, Ashli, Jordan Newberry, Emily, Jackson Newberry, Lauren, Caden Mercer, Kaylee, Courtney Parker, Travis, Corey Mercer and Alea; his great grandchildren, Blake Earnest, Konner Broome, Eli Broome, Colten Mercer, Ellie Kathryn Newberry, Mac Broome, Parker Broome, Jana Westbrook, Luna Pace Harrell, Kyler Nunnally, Mackenna Parker, Jaxson Parker, Kragen Parker and Blayke Phillips; his stepchildren, Bill Alday, Dr. Michael Alday, Deborah, Stephen R. Alday and Stephen King; and his stepgrandchildren, William Alday, Heather Alday-Byll, Ryan Alday, Janna Alday, Cali Alday, Erin Alday, Macy Alday, Jacqueline Alday and Allison Harmon. He is also survived by 6 step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salem-Seminole Baptist Church (2785 Joel Poole Rd, Donalsonville, GA 39845). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
