He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Williams Smith (Michael) of Loganville, GA and Marsha Williams of Donalsonville, GA.; his grandchildren, Audrey Jarrett, Lindsey Rutland (Tyler) and Dakota Smith; his great grandchildren, Matthew Jarrett, Mitchel Jarrett, Logan Rutland and Sloane Rutland; and his close friend Ruth Shamblin. He is also survived by five nieces and two nephews.
