He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McMillen and Dorothy McMillen; and his wife Lorraine McMillen. He is survived by: his daughters, Dorann Cobb (Byron) and Mary Black (Will); his grandchildren, Benjamin Lewis, Vera Lynn Cobb, Luke Black, Hanna Jane Cobb and Maggie Black; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Slezak (Mike) and Bonnie McKevitt (Dennis).
