She was predeceased by: her parents, Lerlie Futrell and Fitzhugh Futrell; her husband Jimmy Gavin, Sr.; and her son Jimmy Gavin, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Marion "Genny" Gavin and David Gavin; her grandchildren, Emily Thornton, Nicholas Gavin, Sophia Gavin, Talton Gavin, Madelyn Magallon and Lauren Magallon; and her siblings, Jean Bradshaw and Dalton Futrell.
