He is survived by: his wife Marlene Y Aviles De Polio; his children, Leslie Michelle Arevalo, Cinthya Hernandez and Ezequiel Polio; his granddaughter Jasmine Martinez; his mother Maria Cristina Juarez; and his brother Salvador Polio.
The lying in state will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Atlanta Church (5394 Buford Hwy, Norcross, GA 30093). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Broadlawn Memorial Gardens (5979 New Bethany Rd, Buford, GA 30518).
