He is survived by : his parents, Matthew Lee Smith (Tracey) of Axson, GA and Taraney Linnea Lee of Broxton, GA; his wife Madison Elizabeth Montgomery Smith of Douglas, GA; his siblings, Gabe Smith (Ali) of Douglas, GA, Aryn Lee (Kody) of Broxton, GA, Bailee Smith Jordan (Dustin) of Douglas, GA and Alyssa Lee Taylor (Avery) of Douglas, GA; and his grandmothers, Brenda Smith (Jack Stripling) of Douglas, GA and Deborah Bailey (Lane). He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
