She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Nickell and Betty Nickell; and her husband Maxie Earnest Bell. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Bell (Janet) of Saint Augustine, Matt Bell (Tanya) of Odessa and Mark Bell (Allison) of Douglas, Georgia; her grandchildren, Brandon Bell, Brent Bell, Beckam Bell, Lyla Bell, Grayson Bell, Owen Bell, Brooklyn Bell and Lucas Bell; and her brother Tommy Nickell of Chillicothe. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Anastasia Baptist Church (1650 A1A S, St. Augustine, FL 32080).
