He is survived by: his wife Jan Vickers Hatfield of Douglas, GA; his children, Leslie Morgan (Jeff) of Auburntown, TN, Jenny Blonk (Jon) of New York, NY, Amy Faulkenberry (Brian) of Greenville, S. C., Suzanne Yeomans (Brandon) of Blackshear, GA, Brad Mercer (Samantha) of Valdosta, GA and Chad Mercer (Keria) of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Chad Goad, Kayla Simpson, Sam Faulkenberry, Ollie Faulkenberry, Brock Yeomans, Andon Yeomans, Jackson Mercer, Ethan Mercer, Conner Mercer and Klair Mercer; his great grandchildren, Lyla Simpson, Layton Simpson, Rowan Goad and Ruby Goad; and his brothers, Phil Hatfield of Eufaula, AL and Tracy Hatfield of Arlington, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
